How do I use On the Hook?
Slide the circular part of the hook into a stemware/wineglass rack or set the hook part down through an opening so the circular part is supported above the structure and the hook hanging below.

What is On the Hook made of?
On the Hook is made of stainless steel and has a vinyl cap on the ends.
Where is On the Hook made?
On the Hook is made in the USA.
What are the measurements of On the Hook?
The spiral hanger of On the Hook is approximately 2 7/8″ in diameter (+/- 1/8″) and hook hangs down 1 1/2″ from the spiral.
Where can I use On the Hook?
Kitchen, laundry room, mud room, bedroom, bathroom, garage, office, commercial kitchen, retail displays, warehouse….
What kind of structure will On the Hook hang from?
Wine glass/stemware racks, slatted shelves, wire baskets, wire shelves, grocery carts etc. There are lots of creative uses for On the Hook.
Do I need tools to use On the Hook?
No. No tools or adhesives needed.
How do I clean On the Hook?
On the Hook can be cleaned with a cloth and warm soapy water. They are also dishwasher safe if you would like to run them through the dishwasher.
What if there is something wrong with my order?
Customer satisfaction is very important to me. Please contact me as soon as possible about your order if you have a question or concern.
How quickly will I receive my order?
We ship orders within 1-2 business days. If you order one or more sets of twelve, or three or more sets of three hooks your order will ship UPSP priority which you “should” receive in 1-3 business days once shipped. Other orders are shipped USPS Ground Advantage and “should” be received in 2-5 business days once shipped. Unfortunately USPS does not guarantee shipping times and there can be other factors such as weather that can affect delivery time.
What if I have not received my order?
It is important to make sure your address is updated and correct when you place your order.
All orders are shipped USPS with tracking. First, check your tracking number to see where your order is according to USPS. If tracking does not show where your order is, or shows your package hasn’t moved for a few days you can try to contact USPS or most likely just wait a few days and your package will arrive. Finally, if your order is not where it is supposed to be, for example, marked as delivered but not at your address, contact USPS for their assistance in locating your package. If your package is marked as non-deliverable, call USPS right away since they return packages to the sender sometimes the same day.
Do you ship internationally?
I can try. Please send an email to onthehook @durantaproducts.com (remove the space in the email address) with how many hooks you would like to order and a shipping address. I will email you an estimate for shipping costs. **This estimate is not a bill and changes may be made if you would like. The quantity and address are only used for estimating shipping costs. I will send an invoice after you are OK with the estimate and confirm the order.
You will be responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees that may be required by your country.
Do you accept returns?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order of On the Hook storage hooks and get a refund of the purchase price of the hooks. I am unable to refund shipping costs.
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
Payment will be refunded in the manner it was received upon receipt of returned Hooks.
Please ask any questions before making a purchase. I want everyone to be completely happy with their purchase.
